The Samuel James Group (TSJG) has produced a Cumbria focused business website, Business Cumbria, aimed at highlighting positive business stories, which help to promote Cumbria as a great place for businesses to be based.

Over time, Business Cumbria will evolve as the recognised business communication channel for Cumbria and the North West of England.

Through Business-Cumbria.co.uk and the affiliated Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin outlets, positive business news will spread across the region and far beyond its borders.

Editor - Andy Mann

After 34 years working in numerous operational and communications disciplines for three FTSE companies (Yorkshire Electricity; Meggitt and BAE Systems), at over a dozen locations, in 24 March 2018, I became the inaugural editor of Business Cumbria. Business Cumbria is a good news, Cumbria focused, business website and newsletter.

Over the years, I have written hundreds of press releases, features for trade magazines, copy for websites and brochures, edited in-house magazines and newsletters, as well as presenting a radio programme on Chorley FM. This experience has given me the ideal background for editing Business Cumbria.
